Shipping policy

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates - Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking - Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations- We currently ship within the United States. If you're interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or delayed packages - Kay's Southern Charm Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Information - Please double- check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items - If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
